Absolutely disgusting restaurant, we sat for over 30 minutes and not once did someone clean the lobby. Bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned in days it seemed and overall the restaurant was just gross 🤮

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for my food with no update, only to finally go inside after they had me park on spot 1 and find out they had lost my ticket.

I've never had a problem here before. The drive-thru and walk-in are great. However, I have been sitting at the mobile curbside pickup for over 40 minutes. Whatever you do, do not choose curbside

Once I saw a Hispanic woman walking around the back in the kitchen eating food, like literally walking around picking up food and just eating it, out of uniform, wearing a dirty hoodie. Every order for customers inside was wrong/missing items/etc. They said they were waiting on fries, that's why we all were waiting for around 30 minutes, there were about 6 other groups of customers waiting. When I finally got my order, the fries were the bottom of the barrel and not fresh, so I was lied to and mistreated. The spicy chicken crispy sandwich I order was disgusting, I almost threw up in my mouth and immediately threw it in the trash, I ordered to go. This was at 11:30 to 12:05 Friday April 17th 2026. Lunch time rush is one of the biggest times McDonald's operates, they prepare just for this and breakfast and after work rush, that's pretty much it, they completely messed up everyones order inside the store at that time. Also the Drive-thru was jamming, nobody was delayed one second, so knowing that McDonald's is not properly treating its inside the store customers, I wont be going back to McDonald's until i see measured improvements to scale. This was disrespectful and ridiculous, I am speaking for myself and all the customers inside the store with me at the time being mistreated like second class citizens.
