  My friend and I go to this McDonald's quite often.. 2-4 times a week. We frequent the drive-thru for drinks and food, but for the last 3 weeks, they've been getting our drink orders wrong. This has happened 6 times so far. The friend who comes with me is a fragile type 2 diabetic, so she always orders diet Dr. Pepper for the lower sugar content, but they often end up giving her a regular Dr. Pepper and sometimes even Coke instead. Heck, I would like them to get my drink order right as well! What's so hard about one large Coke and one large diet Dr. Pepper? Have no problem getting the rest of the order right! What the heck? I have spoken with staff there and informed them of how dangerous it is to serve a sugary drink to a diabetic (especially a fragile type 2 diabetic). And how just one gulp can elevate her blood sugar to dangerous levels. Tired of going to the drive-thru twice to get them to fix it, and tired of walking into the building and front counter The weight behind somebody whose order is being filled correctly. I believe it's just a drive-thru. So there's that! Not recommend this McDonald's to anyone who is a diabetic.

  Quck through the drive through. Like all McDonalds, the food was like all McDonalds. The same.

  I never really leave reveiws anywhere, especially fast food restaurants. But everytime I come through, there's a manager here named Mike that has always been very cool and nice! There's also another blonde girl who is cool but I dont know her name. But Mike is the reason im leaving a good reveiw right now. Its not often that a fast food place has employees who go out of their way to make things right and treat customers with respect!

  So here I placed a mobile order went in to pick it up I walked into the store and they told me that oh yeah your order's just about ready we're waiting on chicken strips meanwhile in the car in my phone my phone went off telling me my order was ready they said it'd be about five more minutes so I asked to use the restroom came back out they said they were still waiting on the chicken strips I got the food about 4 minutes later so here we're talking a total of 12 minutes for chicken strips that take 9 minutes to cook in the fryer and when I got out to the car with my bag of food and went to give my kid his chicken nuggets and I had my chicken strips everything was cold My fries were squishy and disgusting like what is going on right now 9 minutes to cook chicken strips from beginning to end and I waited 12 minutes before I got my food and yet everything was cold if it was fresh why was everything cold

  Drive thru service is always super friendly which is nice but if you go inside, they may seem friendly but you can tell it's not genuine and i think it's because they don't want to take your order... they want you to use the kiosk they have to order the food yourself but for me, that thing is complicated and takes too much time when I can easily just tell the cashier what I want. I've even gone in there (I go quite often seeing as I live a few blocks from it and my kids love it), and an employee literally pointed at the kiosk and told me to order on that. I was dumbfounded. He did end his sentence with "but let me know if you need any help". OK but wouldn't that be the point in the first place? To help me with my order NOT on the kiosk?? And no surprise there i had a hard time cuz it wouldn't take my rewards and I couldn't substitute a specific thing in a meal and more. Those things suck. I'm 39 and have a hard time. I couldn't imagine a senior trying to deal with it. Definitely doesn't make my day. Also, they seem to park drive thru quite a bit often even for a small order like a large fry or mcchicken. I get it cuz we've all worked fast food at one point in our lives and sometimes we park cars cuz the person behind has their order ready first. But they park A LOT. I'm hesitant now using the drive thru cuz it's an annoyance to be parked all the time. All the spots will be filled too meaning you're going to have to wait even longer for your order and that's if they even locate the right vehicle. It was just last week I was parked but this time i felt the need to say 'don't forget about me' because yes, it's happened and when you have hangry kids screaming in the back wanting their food, it's not a fun time. My recommendation is if you CAN avoid this McDonald's, do so but in all reality, aren't they all pretty much the same?? So in my mind, I know that any McDonald's i go to, is honestly going to suck. That's my opinion and I hope this helps!
