  These guys run circles around other McDonalds. Consistently, across the board superior to the 4020 Commercial St location. And the best McDonald's location I've ever been to. The Commercial St. location is terrible. 10-15 minute wait times at MINIMUM over there it seems. Here? Barely any time...It's true fast food. At the 4020 Commercial location I've seen numerous orders get wrong, including mine and friends'. Here? They rarely get it wrong. How is it that the teenagers & young adults here run circles around any other McDonald's? AND even dealing with a few of the neighborhood rude people. Give these guys a bonus.

  Was during a school's lunch obviously but the girl behind the counter was rude as well as the other girl delivering food. I asked to use the restroom and she told me just to go wait by the door. Apparently they have a button that unlocks the door from behind the counter. There was a homeless man begging at the drive thru and a girl eating from the trash outside. A manager just went and took a cigarette break sitting right next to her. I got a chicken sandwich and it came completely dry with two pickles. I asked for mayo or something and she told me it would be 30cents. Terrible service, seemed like a high school hang out and that's all the kids cared to serve. Very rude customer service and unprofessional managers as they both took cigarette breaks sitting up against the glass of the building close to the sign that says you must smoke 150 ft away from the building.

  Ordered $70 worth of food and didn't get the Big Mac I ordered. Isn't worth the gas to drive back.

  I placed my breakfast order on the app 10:09am and it was mysterious cancelled when I showed up.
