  My husband stopped by during his lunch break to grab a drink, something he only does occasionally while working 10–12 hour shifts in the heat. Instead of simply explaining the situation, an employee reportedly began calling the manager and threatened to call the police because my husband had been trespassed. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told there were no working cameras, yet the employee claimed that my husband and another man had been “talking to and harassing minors.” That’s an incredibly serious accusation to make without any evidence. If you’re going to accuse someone of conduct involving minors and involve law enforcement, you should have functioning cameras or some form of proof—not just hearsay. Regardless of the circumstances, this situation was handled very poorly. Professionalism, clear communication, and evidence matter when making allegations this serious.

  I went in to buy my usual order of a large strawberry surf rider and a mango drink. I was greeted upon entering the building, but then rudely rushed through my order by the cashier. Im not sure what her name is, but she has red hair and seems to be new. Everytime ive come to this location i have good experiences. Not this time. While placing my order, the cashier repeatedly cut me and my BF off saying "ok is that all". 4-5 times after each and every word we said. She didnt ask if we wanted any add-ins, and reacted confused and pissed off when I requested an energy shot. I ALWAYS receive good customer service here. There was no line. Im not sure what this young woman's problem was. My smoothie was extremely chunky and wasnt filled to the top. Almost intentionally. For 2 smoothies that cost $10 each, i expect better. I will be visiting again but I wont think twice about snapping back at that cashier..

  If you like to wait 20+ minutes for a smoothie than this is your spot. I’ve never been to a Jamba that takes this long, like seriously how hard is it to blend a few ingredients?
