  The person that took my order was nice enough. The watermelon skies drink is so good. But there were seriously 8 employees behind the counter and literally one minute after placing my order one of them put up a hand written sign that said “$1 drinks 10-2.” I asked a lady working there, looked like she might be a supervisor, and she said it would turn 10:00 in a couple minutes. I show her my phone screen says 10:00 exactly and said I could’ve just waited a minute to place my order but, she just walked away. Someone sets my drink on the counter and since I was the only person in there I assumed it was mine but, I asked anyway just to be certain. Not one person said”thank you” or “have a nice day” or anything pleasant. I won’t be going back. What a disappointing experience.

  Employees nice. But the wait was ridiculous with only three orders in front of me. Smoothies were both watered down & unfortunately, not very good today they were tossed.

  Dropped off food on the floor and had to remake it and made us wait another 20 minutes for a simple order. 30 minute wait for mozzarella and herb bites is ridiculous
