    The staff is always friendly and make you feel like your a good friend. The drinks are always on par. If on an odd moment they don't get it right, they will happily make a new one to your specifications.

    Everytime I come to the west salem dutch the girls who are taking the orders seem to always stand and talk to the people they know while there is a line of cars whose orders havent even been taken. While the cars continue to line up. I find that very disrespectful and that isnt good customer service. Especially when one li e going while the other line is still waiting. If u know the person in the car talk to them on ur break or lunch dont just stand there and have a 15min conversation with someone in there car when there are people who are in a hurry and orders of cars you havent even taken.
