    In the last year I've noticed a downfall in quality of drinks as well as timeliness. I shouldn't be waiting over 15 minutes in a line I can't get out of.

    The friendliest staff ever! We the woman who came to the car to take our order that we hadn't been there before and she was really kind about suggesting what to order based on our likes. The person who handed it to us at the window was nice too. It seems like employees genuinely like their job. There were a lot of cars in line yet it went quickly. The plain iced black tea was refreshing and crisp. Perhaps the cleanest-tasting iced tea I’ve had. I am told the coffee freeze was delicicious with just the right texture.

    Be sure to double check your order after receiving it. This location is has made the most errors when it comes to entering and making drinks, with cocoas swapped for coffees and wrong or missing flavors. When they get it right it's great. But it's frustrating to drive off and realize you have a different drink than what you wanted.

    Sat in 2nd line today watched 4 cars that pulled up next to me get help and I just sat there. Didn’t want to wait forever to be even acknowledged. This location used to be the best for service.
