    The staff are not great. They seem to not take orders correctly, no wonder why this store is always empty. Go to the commercial and kubler store for good service.

    Every time I go, I usually just order a drink. I usually get great service occasionally not so much but I think it depends on how busy it is when you go. When I can't make up my mine on what drink I want I usually ask for their recommendations. They are usually spot on with the recommendation when I get something they have recommended. Don't usually get their limited food items. My dog loves getting her pup cup as she is usually with me. Even when they are busy they usually take order quickly with the people coming to your car with the tablets to record what you order. My only thing is sometimes the music is a bit too loud and for someone who has difficulty hearing placing a order can be a bit difficult but I get my order placed. The staff are usually happy and very helpful usually everyone there wishes you a happy birthday when you go on your birthday. I go not too often but multiple times a year and have hardly had a bad experience.

    I used to LOVE going to this dutch bros, however since some of my favorite girls left this stand has been horrible. First of all, theres this little blonde girl at this stand with a HORRIBLE attitude. Every single time she takes my order she does not pay any attention to me. Theres been times shes asked for my order and once i start saying my order she goes “sorry im trying to eavesdrop on their conversation” for the customer at the OTHER window. The music is so loud half the time they cant hear what im saying, and theyre constantly talking to eachother over the customers. They, but usually that same girl repeats the wrong order back almost every time and i have to correct her. On top of all this every time my fiancé or I ask for stoppers they hardly ever provide them. What is the point of asking if we need them to then just not provide them? Especially when your drive in/out area is bumpy and causes all the drinks in the carrier to spill. Not impressed with this location anymore, sadly it used to be my favorite, i will be going to the barnes location from now on.
