- SSSabrina Sanders4 days ago1.0Me and my husband come to this Dutch occasionally and always love the postive vibes and drinks but today I didn’t have the best experience. I told the guy who took my order that I wanted to try a new drink on their menu called the supernova and asked if they can make it in to a green tea and he said no problem, he sent me to the window to get charged and when I paid and got my drink they gave me the wrong drink and I nicely said oh I think you made me the wrong one I wanted the supernova, the one with the strawberry. They then told me that the guy mentioned that I specifically wanted the “stardust drink” with the skittles. I politely told them i wanted the supernova drink with the strawberry and they immediately gave me attitude. They made me feel like i was lying and just wanted a free drink. I gave them the one that they messed up on and just wanted the correct drink. It wasn't a big deal to me just a simple fix. But they had the worst attitude about it. To top it off the guy who took my order was talking crap about me to his coworkers with me still at the window listening. It was so unprofessional and disappointing. Instead of him talking accountability and owning up to his mistake he decided to he rude. I genuinely liked coming here but definitely won’t be returning after the way they made me feel. It’s really messed up to talk crap about a customer to your coworkers when the customer is still there, it was giving bully vibes. I hope they don’t make anyone else feel the way I did.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
