    I want to say a Huge thanks to Janie the Manger and her Team at Salem Dutch Bros off Barnes Ave!! They all are super nice and they made our day after our car got stuck in the ditch of the parking lot. Janie came out to checked on us and made sure we were okay. Your kindness didn't go unnoticed today. My family appreciate the treat to enjoy on our way back to California. You all deserve a gold Star 🌟

    This is the last time I visit a Dutch Bros coffee shop. The service was good and the place is very clean, but the music in the dining area was not appropriate for ANY coffee shop or restaurant and it was LOUD. The music was hip hop rap going on and on about sex, cheating in relationships, and other things inappropriate for a public coffee house. It certainly explains why I almost never see anyone inside drinking coffee when I am there, which was often. Who wants to listen to THAT while trying to enjoy a cup of coffee? Not me. I am going across the street to Applebee's or the Black Bear Diner where the atmosphere is much more pleasant and quieter.

    I love Dutch Brothers and especially this location because of their cool sit down area but when did they start harassing you for tips? Are they not getting paid enough? Is the management abusing them? We shouldn't have to tip for drive-through service but if we do it should be a choice and not a pressure situation with them directly asking if we're tipping or not

    We pulled into the empty gravel lot where the power station is, so my wife could run into McDonald’s to get our kids food because we are driving back to Central Oregon from Salem after picking up our camp trailer. A girl from Dutch Bros came out and said that we weren’t allowed to park there because she thought we were transient. We are not we’re just getting food and heading back home after picking up a camper. Not parked for 10 minutes. We drive a very nice Yukon and are Business owners here in Central Oregon. It is very sad that Salem has turned into a place where you can’t even park for 10 minutes to get your kids food without somebody thinking that you’re just a bum even though you’re driving a vehicle that’s way out of their price range. I also went ahead and looked at property lines. Dutch Bros does not own the parking lot. I was parked in for 10 minutes.
