    Waited 15 minutes with one car In front of me. They were making drinks for the cars behind me while I waited in line. Weird experience and truly horrible service.

    Absolutely ridiculous to have to leave and go to another business during trying to order coffee, all because they prefer not to take a $50 bill. This place is high volume and does a ton of sales. In no reality would they not be able to make thirty something in change. It all just comes as an inconvenience to the customer. What should have been a quick coffee trip took far to long. I've been a regular here, every day since about the time the shop opened. Before that, west salem. I know for a fact I've paid with $100 before, requiring far more change. Had no issues at that time. I'm not sure what the deal is. The convenience store down the street had no issues with my money. I guess management just enjoys paying transaction processing fees over training employees to run a till.

    As always, the service and staff at Dutch Bros were fantastic! However, I am really disappointed with the recent changes to their food menu. Hearing that they are getting rid of the muffin tops—especially the Lemon Poppy Seed—is a huge letdown. It feels like a terrible decision by corporate, and I really hope another coffee shop picks up a similar option soon.

    The girls outside taking orders need to realize that when cars are back up into the street and they are standing there taking orders not making cars pull forward is a problem. They have like 3 cars length of empty space and instead of walking with cars while taking the order (like every SINGLE OTHER Dutch bros does) it’s a problem. They need to be trained to keep cars going forward- not stopping cars from pulling up to take an order.
