- JLJackie and Dez LowryMar 7, 20261.0Absolutely appalling experience at Domino’s Store #07204 on Silverton Rd NE. I placed an online pickup order and received notification that it was ready. When I arrived, the manager on duty (Jaden) immediately demanded that I move my car even though I was there to pick up an order that was already completed and would have taken about 10 seconds. When I calmly explained this, he threatened to block my car in with a delivery vehicle and leave me stuck in the parking lot for 40 minutes. Instead of simply handing me the order so I could leave, he walked over to the computer, cancelled the order on the spot, and refused to give me the food that had already been prepared and paid for. The interaction was unnecessarily hostile, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. What should have been the simplest pickup imaginable turned into a bizarre power trip by the manager that wasted everyone’s time—including the delivery driver who ended up waiting longer because of it. Management at this location clearly has serious issues if this is how customers are treated.

The manager I spoke to said that if I can prove there was a hair in my pizza, BY TEXTING HIS PERSONAL NUMBER PICTURE PROOF, he would send a driver back out with a cash refund for the pizzas. My wings and cinnamon bites were fine. Didn’t need a refund for those. Then after I send him picture proof, he is claiming that the hair doesn’t match anyone working there at the moment and refused a refund. I will be calling in the morning to speak to another manager because this is disgusting and deserve a refund. The hair literally came out in the bite. It wasn’t just laying on top. It was baked into it.
