  Extreme disappointment with the Market Str⁹eet Dairy Queen quality of milkshakes. I ordered a large chocolate milkshake last night and ⁸Straight liquidy after a few like it was only stirred a few seconds by hand. Like drinking cornstarch or molasses 🤢🤮 Bruh.... Y'all NEED to do BETTER, okay? 👏🏼👏🏼 Cuz it's unacceptable to charge an inflated price for an item intended for human consumption, was infact 🚫 so that OHA would definitely write you up for if they witnessed such debauchery.

  I came in today to pick up a mobile order I made. The employee was incredibly rude to me. I paid extra for dilly bars for my kids meals and the lady told me you can’t do that. Well I did and showed her where there was an extra charge. She didn’t care and continued to say you can’t have the dilly bars. When I told her I would like that amount refunded she stated, I would have to contact corporate for a refund of that amount. I have complained to cooperate I’m curious what they will say.

  This is NOT it. No trays for indoor dining, tap to pay does not work. The worst part was the attitude of the employee. As a manager of A job that requires massive amounts of friendly customer service. This worker was not giving the proper responses to customer complaints. When the issues of not having trays and the tap to pay not working were mentioned to her, she said “I just hande out the food, sir“. No. You do not just hand out the food. You work directly with customers coming into your store, who expect service with a smile And proper handling of any situation that may arise During their interaction with you. Proper response responses to customer issues would be “I understand how you feel. Let me see what I can do to make this easier for you” Or “unfortunately this situation has caused a lot of issues for us as a team. I understand that it can be frustrating, and I will make sure that I Forward this issue up the chain so that it can be fixed as soon as possible”. She also wasn’t smiling or talking with a kind, friendly voice. When I Did pull up to the drive-through and was going to use tap to pay she said “we don’t take tap to pay in the drive-through“. When she should have said “unfortunately our tap to pay is not working at this site at the Moment. If you like, I can offer Your coupon for a free ice cream to make up for the trouble this has caused you”.
