  Christian called me bro, he, him, dude. At one point, he stopped making my food to call another coworker over to ask "does he look like Marylin Manson?" I was so embarrassed I just paid and got the hell out of there. I was planning on eating in the dining room, but I couldnt knowing this idiot was behind the counter. This location used to employ a wide spectrum of people who were always smiling and friendly. Now I guess its just disrespectful employees. I love Chipotle food, but I wont ever visit this location again. Order number 291 on 5/11/26 if a manager wants to look into this.

  Chipotle is usually really good, but recently the CEO made a statement online that they won't tell you no if you ask for more. That in fact was a lie. Well, not a total lie, just that extra according this location means 2 pieces, not a 4oz scoop. Seems like false advertisement to me. He did say that you can request portions of non premium ingredients, but then goes on to state to fill the burrito or bowl as full as possible and will not say no to extras. Thats pretty misleading. Also, when you ask for more they don't ask you if it's okay that it costs X dollars. Don't know if I'll go back, but when I do I know I won't ask to have extra.

  Every time we come here there's an issue. Either we get super shorted on our food, an ingredient is left off our bowl without them telling us, or we show up, ask for our order, they tell us it's almost ready then completely forget us so it's cold by the time we get it. (3/3 things happened today.) I love chipotle but won't be giving this location my business anymore sadly.

  Waited in line for 20 mins just to be told we aren't doing burritos....the burrito place isn't doing burritos. No sign no nothing just making people wait for nothing.

  I ordered our usual 2 carnita bowls and have never had a bad experience until today. I came in to the restaurant to pick up my order and the guy working behind the counter looked like he was in the middle of eating as he put something in his mouth and was chewing his food as he proceeded to hand my order to me. Usually when we get our order each bowl is labeled with each of our names as stated on the online order, however when I got home both bowls were not labeled. Then when I opened our bowls to figure out who's was who's I noticed there was almost no meat in our bowls and the small chunks we did get were cold. Our food had so much sour cream and cheese it was soupy. We ended up eating not even half of our bowls because it was pretty bland without the meat. I am pretty disappointed that I spent just over $30 for basically a soupy veggie bowl.
