Very good customer service! The food was so good and they were very accommodating of my gluten allergy! Overall an amazing experience and will be for sure coming back here again !

I’m a big fan of Burgerville and we love that they’re now in Salem!!! I always love coming to this location because of the convenience and the atmosphere! The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff is helpful and kind, and I’ve never had a bad experience here! I will be coming back often

Been awhile since I’ve eaten at Burgerville, be a long time before I go back! The quality of their food has deteriorated so much. I ordered a Black Cod sandwich, Cod a big piece of lettuce smothered in Tartar sauce was all it consisted of. I may as well have gone to any burger chain. My wife had the Sweet Onion Burger, she was disappointed also. Not how we remembered this once Northwest favorite!

I don’t understand why people get so bent out of shape about the prices. Is locally sourced with good ingredients. If you want a cheap product made with cheap ingredients, you have your pick between all the other fast food imaginable. Go get a whopper and stuff it down your gullet!
