  We were so excited to come here for wings, but it turned out to be a terrible experience from start to finish. To make it worse, the restaurant wasn't even busy that day, so there was absolutely no excuse for the service we received. When we walked in, we were not greeted at all and had to wait quite a while just to be seated. Once we finally got our food, it was cold and completely tasteless. The wings were incredibly dry and practically inedible. Our server never bothered to swing by, check in, or care enough to give us even decent service. We ended up leaving almost all of our food untouched on the table because it was so bad. Extremely disappointed. We won't be back.

  Do not visit this place between 3pm to 5pm. Wings and fries are made in batches that sit under a heat lamp waiting for orders. They are not made fresh when ordered. Wings are dry and teeth breaking tough, fries are cool and leathery. Even when we ask for fresh wings and fries, they are brought out very quickly and are not what you would expect.

  I can't be more disappointed with this location. Our family wanted to use our gift cards we got over the holidays and enjoy a dinner together since we haven't went out to dinner in a long time. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes waiting at our table to even be acknowledged. Even after being told they would be right with us, the employees kept walking off into little groups, talking and playing on there phones. We ended up getting up and went somewhere else. Management really needs a firm adjustment and handle this mess of a lazy team!

  There were 3 tables, party of 4 we 10+ employees in the floor. There was no reason my husband and I should have waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledge AFTER being seated. The server walked by and said ‘I’ll be right with you’ 15 minutes after being seated. Then proceeded to the bar where she stood and talked with 3 other employees and was on her phone. We got up and walked out. Worst service ever. Won’t be going back to this location.

  Gave BWW another chance after a few years and had a quick reminder to never go back. In short if you want wings go to iWingz, Half Court, or Half-Penny. Hell, even Wingstop is a better value. To go longer, we went with the Pick-6 with bone-in wings and chicken dippers. Which really only saves a few bucks on drinks and some fries at $35. We added the Hot cookie with ice cream which they forgot to give the discount for $5.99 and charged us $8.99. The food came out in about 10 minutes yet somehow it was all cold and overcooked. It took another 10 minutes to get napkins and the veggies had to be asked for since they were forgotten. For some reason they gave us the Hot-cookie with ice cream melting on it with our food, instead of after. We had to ask for it to be sent back so we could eat. It ruined the surprise for our toddler who could now only focus on eating the dessert that was taken away and not his food. After we ate it took another 10 minutes for the server to put in our cookie dessert then took another 15 minutes waiting for it. I've never wanted to walk out of a restaurant as much as this. BWW stumbled on every step from start to finish. I don't see how you can have a food in your businesses name and it be the most subpar experience with the highest prices for that food in town. The server gave our kid stickers so 2 stars.
