The crinkle fries, why did you get ride of the crinkle fries??? I don’t know how anyone else feels about that & I still eat here once in a while but when I was on the fence about what to grab for dinner the crinkle fries often settled that for me & now it’s seasoned curly fries or no fries if you eat here. Y’all still get my business but now it’s maybe 1 out of 5 times I think about it specifically because you got rid of your crinkle fries.

The dinning room tables were disgusting and we had to ask someone to clean a table for us to eat at. Love Arby's but this one was dirty.

We went thru the drive thru it was after 9pm. No one in line besides us, we order our food which was a #1 combo size large, hold the cheese &bsub jamoca shake which costs $15.16. Cashier greeted us, takes our money, gives the change back then hands the bag then the drink. Right away I notice this bag looks a little light weight so I check inside and find a not so curly or large cup of warm curly fry barely flavored and barely to the minimum fill line and a semi warm roast beef sandwich. I said "please tell the cashier we want fresh fries". Cashier in a less then enthusiastic tone says "okayyyy it'll be a few mins". So we park facing the restaurant and whilst waiting, I give a go at the milkshake and low and behold—there is no sign of jamoca in this. It's vanilla with a hint of chocolate. After about 5 mins maybe more, the cashier is signaling to come and get our fries. We leave. Was it worth the money? Absolutely not.

Its Arby's, you get what you would expect from any other Arby's. In years past, going back to the late 70's and early 80's for me, the food, especially the meats, were much better and of a higher quality. When you ordered a beef or ham sandwich they took a roast or ham out from under the heat lamp and sliced off a portion. Now I'm sure its pre-sliced and a highly processed meat product. Last night I bought several items including several sliders. The sliders were poorly thrown together and wrapped in a way that didn't cover the entire slider. The wrapper is oversized for such a tiny sandwich and even so it didnt cover the whole thing.
