- KPKara PickensAug 13, 20261.0Last 2 times I shopped here I received poor customer service. Also noticed double work standards for employees such as water bottles being where they are NOT supposed to be in the mornings, when witnessing employees in the evening get interrupted while performing GREAT customer service just to ensure there wasn't a water bottle present, also employee was asked if they "must already be on break" because they were being kind to a customer during an interaction. Very sad....

- JWJasper WAug 4, 20262.0If you have no other places to go and you don't really value your time, then Safeway is the store for you. It consistently has lines that are 5 to 6 people deep. They don't add additional staff to check people out. All of the self checkout stations aren't open. The contempt that Safeway shows for their customers with their high prices and lack of service is the reason that this is the grocery store of Last Resort. Stop here for your must, but there's better choices to make, so go make them.
