Reschedule next day for 8-9PM. Arrive at store 8:30 PM, order delayed, eventually cancelled at 9:00 PM. Go into store ask about it, explain I am coming from hour away, I planned my week around these, 2 days in a row it happened. They say nothing they can do, that I should have waited for a confirmation to go to store, well why didn't someone tell me that before? Clerk says I should complaint to corporate. They could have just cancelled my order earlier in the day and I would not have wasted a 2 hour round trip drive 2 days in a row. No OK.
