- TBTom Borton2 days ago1.0This review is for the online order service. Both drive up & go and delivery. The last 4 orders have all been significantly later than the delivery window. In one instance my delivery window was 5-6pm and the order was delivered at 9:50pm. Because that order was so late the delivery woke up my kids, which was…not great. I often have to select the delivery window specifically to plan around my schedule. Please DO NOT SHOW AN AVAILABLE DELIVERY WINDOW THAT IS NOT ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Looking at the AI-generated responses to other reviews doesn’t give me confidence that reviews like this are being taken seriously, but I’m not sure what else I can do besides starting to shop at Fred Meyer.

I left my full basket sitting there let them put it all back. I dont usually mind self checkout but at a grocery store... no thanks. Plus... Safeway self checkout is painfully slow. I have shopped here for years and years but will not be back. There are many other less expensive options that actually still have real checkers.
