  Food is actually usually pretty good! Service? ATROCIOUS. Every time I order from here they are incredibly disorganized and either didn't start the order at all or got it wrong 9/10 times.

  Super friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Clean facilities and hot fresh food. What more could you ask for.

  Well I tried ordering pick up online and on the app and both keep timing out at checkout and wont let me order and the only reason I was going to try them is because they had a good deal for mobile pickup orders which figures because they dont work so dont waste your time with these guys the rest of the menu is way too overpriced and looks nasty anyways its best just to go to someone else who can actually run a business.

  Worst service ever. Waited 41 minutes for 10 wings and they didn't apologize for the wait. It wasn't even busy. The wings are small and average. Better at north 40

  So my thoughts are ehhhh. First of all it’s expensive. None of this chicken is fried in house it’s all frozen so why the heck it’s $30 for 15 wings is INSANE. The lady up front was very nice but everyone else was pretty annoying. Whoever the “shift lead” is was extremely rude. Barking orders to the front staff while people were in line trying to order. They were out of some items on the menu which is strange because they literally just opened they shouldn’t be out of any stock items. I ordered my food and it took 15 minutes. Since the “shift lead” was still barking orders I never got my drinks because he was distracting the employees. The food was good but the experience (minus the very nice lady up front) was just off. I didn’t like the way the “shift lead” was speaking to employees. Then I read other reviews to see the manager just quit so I’m assuming they promoted a random employee, well they picked the wrong guy. Wingstop needs to pull an actual manager from a separate location to get this place under control or this place is gonna go under fast.
