  So funny we came at 10:30 and nothing there to eat they doesn’t have Beef doesn’t have salad they doesn’t have anything. If u are empty for food . why are you are open . One of the worst place so bad

  I've tried coming here several times and found it's a remarkably poor experience almost every time. This latest experience, I walked in at 10pm when literally zero other customers were there, and the staff wasn't working on to-go orders either, but the two people working behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my presence for a solid two minutes. They were actively ignoring me, like to the point you could tell they were trying to avoid looking my direction. Note, there were at least three other people working, but I assume they were out on a break or somewhere in back. They all appeared about 10 minutes later. I was told it would take about 6 minutes for chicken to finish cooking.... But that turned out to be 15-20 minutes, and a few more minutes before they would finish my order. Most of the other times I've been here, they've regularly been out of common ingredients that no Chipotle should possibly run out of, including chips, guacamole, chicken, sour cream, various salsa types, and somehow even rice. I also won't do online orders there because of how staff treats them. I was in there once when a Doordash driver came in for a pickup and they told him they were out of guacamole for a customer order, then immediately started making the order without waiting for a response. The driver had to tell them to wait so he could communicate with the customer, and they looked at him like he was the problem. Another time, they made an order and had to finish cooking meat to go in, but already pulled a bottled drink for the order and left it sitting out at room temp for about 30 minutes. The driver asked for a fresh drink from the fridge before taking the order, but they were genuinely confused by the request, and finally claimed they didn't have another. And as others have mentioned, the food handling procedures are not being followed very well. I've worked in food service and prep, and there are some very obvious bad practices and cross contamination risks on full display. I can't understand how this place still has customers, or that it hasn't been closed while they sort out health code violations. Either way, I've given up on it. They're too slow, the quality is well below any other Chipotle I've ever been to, I feel increasingly unsafe eating there, and while a couple members of staff seem okay, most act either unconcerned or incapable of doing better. I can't tell if management is bad at hiring, or if the job is so bad that everybody is acting out against it, but something seems genuinely wrong here.

  Horrible. Every time I go here something is wrong and today was the size of their burrito. About half the size it usually is.

  I’ve seen the other reviews, but my experience here was awesome. Service was amazing, the staff were super friendly, attentive, and kind. It was almost closing time, but they were still energetic and ready to help customers. Great portion sizes too!
