    Every time I go into the Roseburg chipotle it is dirty. In the last six months, every time I’ve gone in, the food that is given, the portions are less and less. I was there last night And had to ask the server to please give me more food as she was trying to do half spoonfuls of each item. I love chipotle so much, and have visited many throughout the northwest, but the one in Roseburg is always dirty and their food portions again are becoming less and less. The service also isn’t great and is very subpar

    Ii told the young lady I wanted all 3 of my orders to be the exact same way. Well, that didn't happen, and then she gave me too much change. I didn't notice till I got home of course.

    Was really good but it took forever to get my food there was three people standing around and one employee with short green hair doing all the work. This was in Roseburg Oregon.

    To be honest, I haven't been to Chipotle much since the big salmonella scare a decade ago. Not because of the scare, it was that the meat was overcooked. When Chipotle came to Roseburg I thought I'd give them a try again. I got a bowl that was fantastic. Pricing was a little high, but I understand that costs have gone up. I ordered the same bowl again the next time and it was just ok. Consistency is king. I know anyone can have an off day so it's not like I won't be back.

    I usually enjoy eating at Chipotle and I’ve never been someone who leaves negative reviews, but I wanted to mention something that’s been happening the last few times I’ve come in. The brown rice in my burrito has been extremely hard — almost like a rock — and it makes the burrito difficult to eat. I’ve noticed this more than once recently, and it’s honestly made me enjoy Chipotle a lot less than I used to. I really like the food here and want to keep coming back, so I hope the rice preparation can be improved because it makes a big difference in the quality of the meal.
