  Waited for 30 minutes for 2 shakes, that we had ordered online. With no line in drive thru and only 1 car parked other than mine. The guy in the other car kept switching stalls thinking they weren't working but it was just a bunch of kids who weren't interested in working. The one who took our order name was rude, they brought out the shakes with ice cream all over the cups. Absolutely horrible. Definitely will not be returning.

  Every time I come the food is old, my drink is 90% ice, if I ask for light ice I get diet, which I don't drink, so it's just best to skip, unless you like old food and paying for ice/the wrong drink

  I love this place however, the service can be hit and miss, one time they forgot me while I was at the window for over 5 minutes, the guy kept looking around, I guess he figured to ask me what I ordered and then have it made. It was actually funny, he was absolutely dump founded. A couple of other times they just seem clueless, however they always seem to give me my order correct and its always delicious. The staff is always friendly and apologetic for either taking so long of for taking so long. It funny because I always ordered only 1 item. Ms. Loree

  Make sure not to turn around in their parking lot if you don’t want to get belittled over it! Whoever the lady is in the purple shirt has some VERY strong feelings about it! I hope her day gets better and she learns how to speak to people better.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but consider this a public service. EVERY single time we order from this Sonic, something is wrong. I've worked in food — mistakes happen. But this place has turned it into an art form. I thought they had a personal vendetta against my orders. Turns out they gave us someone else's order entirely — which was also missing items. So it's not me. They're running equal-opportunity chaos out of that kitchen. Order somewhere else, don't waste your time.
