    I’m giving 3 stars becauseI frequent this location often, and in recent months I’ve even gotten to know the employees by name and a few of them are wonderful. I want to give less stars because of what happened today, 8.12.26. This particular location has a car wash in the same parking lot. The exit for those at the car wash goes right through the line for ordering at Dutch Bros. There are several signs, some very large, that say not to block the car wash exit. I was doing just that, and two cars cut right in front of me. I mentioned it to the girl taking orders and she didn’t seem to care at all and basically ignored me. Then I talked to a person at the walk up window, and even asked if there was a supervisor. He replied that there was NOT a supervisor there. I’m not one who knows all the rules and regulations for operating a business, but that does not seem acceptable to me. Also, I told them at the window that I was picking up my mobile order, they said okay and walked away. As I was waiting for my drink, the person just sat it on the window and walked away. No telling me “have a good day” or anything like that. Not to mention if someone else snatched up my drink. Which isn’t far fetched considering the behavior I had just experienced with other customers being disrespectful. The 3 employees I encountered today were not the ones that I often see that actually have awesome customer service. I hope this was just a one off bad day for those employees, but this was not an enjoyable experience.

    People are always nice. Drive thru usually very quick. You can walk up and order. If you want. There are a few tables to sit at outside. Only food options are muffin tops. Then a newly added full muffin.

    So disappointing! I arrived on Sunday 6/28 at 8a. There was no broista taking orders outside and the line was out to the street so I assumed they were understaffed. To my surprise, when I arrived at the window and gave my order I observed at least six employees inside doing absolutely nothing while one employee made the drinks. I was very surprised by the lack of customer service and enthusiasm at this location. Very uncommon at other locations, in my experience.
