    Unfortunately it is hit or miss with customer service/ quality at most Dutch bros nowadays- I do love their rebels so I go every once in a while. I generally have a good experience with this Dutch and the people! However this time I couldn’t even finish my drink order because I was being interrupted. I said it like 3 times and wasn’t acknowledged. I just hate to pay almost 7 dollars for a drink that isn’t made the way I like it.

    I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a large blended Cabana Lemonade with soft top and real fruit mixed in. When I scanned my app, the total came to over $10. I mentioned that the price didn’t seem right because this drink is usually around $7 when I order it. I was told the price was correct and that there wasn’t anything on the menu under $8. When I got to the window, my drink had been made incorrectly. Instead of a Cabana Lemonade, I was given a Rebel. The soft top and real fruit also hadn’t been mixed in as requested. After I pointed it out, the drink was quickly adjusted, but it still wasn’t what I originally ordered. I was offered a refund, but it never appeared in my app. Eventually, I did receive a free drink credit, which I appreciate. However, my drink still ended up costing almost 50% more than what I normally pay for the same order. On a positive note, I’ve had issues with drinks before, and the team at 97 Dutch Bros has always been great about fixing them. A special shoutout to Gaven for consistently providing excellent customer service and making things right. Employees like him are the reason I continue to come back. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

    Parker so fun to see everytime also he dresses up and has fun with his job. Everyone else is so positive and has so much fun! Love it. Good work ethic and atmosphere.
