  10s across the board. The customer service is superior. Any time I've had even a small issue with an order they've always made it right or explained why it was done the way it was. The broistas are always friendly and happy to see my kiddos. This location makes my day better each time I visit. I will always recommend this location.

  I ordered a nonfat mocha this morning, my usual order. When I got it, it didn't taste like chocolate was added. My husband took it to the walk up window and asked if they could add it. The girl said they used sugar free and always do when a nonfat is ordered. I have NEVER had a mocha with sugar free and there mocha usually is very chocolaty. I hate sugar free syrup! I asked for nonfat NOT sugar free. I ended up throwing out the tasteless coffee. This is a first from Dutch Bros and hopefully the last time. Generally, the customer service is more accommodating.

  If I could give Dutch Bros 10 stars, I absolutely would.
