    Always experience the best service at this location and the Jackpine Dutch! The line goes by pretty quick most of the time too! :)

    10s across the board. The customer service is superior. Any time I've had even a small issue with an order they've always made it right or explained why it was done the way it was. The broistas are always friendly and happy to see my kiddos. This location makes my day better each time I visit. I will always recommend this location.

    I ordered a nonfat mocha this morning, my usual order. When I got it, it didn't taste like chocolate was added. My husband took it to the walk up window and asked if they could add it. The girl said they used sugar free and always do when a nonfat is ordered. I have NEVER had a mocha with sugar free and there mocha usually is very chocolaty. I hate sugar free syrup! I asked for nonfat NOT sugar free. I ended up throwing out the tasteless coffee. This is a first from Dutch Bros and hopefully the last time. Generally, the customer service is more accommodating.

    Okay AWESOME strawberry horchata Chai šŸ¤©šŸ˜‹ that made my birthday like 5 times better! The only complaint I will make is that it has Red 40 in it šŸ˜’ āŒļø its really bad for everyone you know? So that is my big suggestion for Dutch Bros. Ditch the dye!!

    If I could give Dutch Bros 10 stars, I absolutely would. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, this experience genuinely stood out and reminded me how powerful kindness and positive energy can be. From the moment I pulled up, every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and authentic. You could tell they truly cared about making customers smile and creating a great experience instead of just taking orders and moving on to the next car. Since it was my birthday, they went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated and appreciated, and honestly, that meant more than they probably realize. Small gestures and genuine kindness can completely change someoneā€™s day, and that is exactly what they did for me. The energy from the staff was contagious. They were upbeat, personable, and treated me like more than just another customer. It felt like they actually enjoyed what they do, and that level of positivity is rare to find nowadays. You can train people to make drinks, but you cannot train genuine kindness and a great attitude the way this team showed today. I truly hope the team working yesterday gets recognized because they deserve it. Businesses everywhere should take notes from Dutch Bros on what real customer service looks like.
