  I love the staffs energy here and they’re always so kind but you guys have got to get better with dealing with rushes. I go to Wendy’s and they can have a line out to the street and have never gotten my order wrong. Every single time i go to you guys late after work you have given me the wrong order and then i have to wait in the drive thru line for another 15+ minutes to just tell you that you got my order wrong and another 15+ for you to remake it because you park me out front. I go to this location bc it is close to my apartment and i work late hours and sometimes i just want some good ol’ taco bell but you guys are really killing my vibe by being so careless tbh. Like i said, the staff has great energy. I love that they love to chit chat and they play fire music but you guys need to learn how to balance that energy and make sure the customers order is right before it goes out that window, especially if it’s late at night. Thank you! I hope you guys improve where it is needed and continue to thrive as a location.

  Aside from the brand losing its historic charm and looking like a boring/generic husk that fell victim to capitalism, this specific store is pretty decent for what it is.

  They never put the food that you order ... always put one item less .. for example I got 2 orders of chicken nuggets, they put one order on bag not 2 ..

  mobile order is so handy. i have a very specific customized order due to dietary restrictions & Taco Bell offers kiosks in the lobby or the mobile app for ordering. even better, they make the order to my specific needs. i’m a fan of reliable comfort food. thanks, y’all
