  For a burrito that cost $7, you would think it would be a tad bit bigger. There were honestly 3 pieces of chicken, the rest was sauce and lettuce. Like and empty bag full of liquid. This is why I hardly ever eat at Taco Bell, it has became a HIGE rip off.

  Disappointing experience. It almost felt like they knew exactly what they were doing by leaving items out of our to-go order. We checked before leaving and found two items were missing, so we had to go back and ask for them. To make matters worse, we also found a piece of plastic in the food (see photo). Missing items are frustrating, but finding plastic in the food is unacceptable.

  I had a great experience here. I had a mixup on my order and they handled it very well. Fixed and handled the problem very professionally. Will definitely go back.

  All I have to say is that the orders are getting handed wrong because of lack of training. The employees take videos and managers hardly follow through.This location is new and struggles having labor hours resulting into being always short staff. The crew is friendly and works extremely hard to keep their jobs. These factors all impact the atmosphere of management, customer service, and the lack of training will always result in incorrect food orders. The manager seems to only hire people who speak Spanish hard to communicate with them for any order. Been here multiple times.
