  Ended mother's day with three Creator's choice sandwichs for the family. It was the perfect balance in every bite. A must try Creator's choice sandwichs you will be surprised. Even customer service is welcoming, kind, and understanding to food allergies as well. Thank you

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I could have got her name..but the overweight woman maybe mid 30’s is an absolute nightmare. I bought food. Sat down. Used the outlet (there are several that are open in what looks like a place where people can setup computers.) She looks at me and says hey “people cant use those chargers we arent allowed to let people use them” no matter..ill leave. I use the bathroom..as im peeing she comes POUNDING on the door saying “USE THE OTHER BATHROOM I NEED TO USE THIS ONE” like a maniac. I ask her what the issue is and her only reasoning was that customers MUST ask to use the bathroom. Excuse me? That’s why you pounded on the door? Hire more mature workers or people who don’t hate themselves and take it out on other people. Disgusting service.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches online picked them up got home and they were both missing cheddar cheese on the sandwich and wasnt toasted, which was the only reason I ordered that sandwich. Tried calling and was hung up and no answer. Tried again and won't answer. Don't recommend ordering online and tipping if you don't watch them make it. Sad could use people that actually care what they are paid to do.

  I believe this guy that works there is a manager. He wears glasses. I come here once a week and every time I come here this guy is very poor. Customer service makes my sandwich very aggressive and fast doesn’t take his time. Everything is all sloppy. I came in today and I asked him is the bread fresh. He said he has been making bread all day. I came home very unsatisfied with the bread. It was very old bread. This guy needs to get a job somewhere else because people actually come here to eat not pay for junk food.!

  On Wednesday 4.26.26 I placed a Doordash lunch order from Subway sandwich in the Grocery Outlet parking lot (near SE 119th & Division). My order included a 6-in sandwich & a veggie delight salad. Upon opening the salad, I was shocked to see that there was only a scant amount of spinach on the bottom, and only a scant amount of just a few veggies on top. I was charged over $11 for this (beyond sparse!) salad. I have made numerous attempts to contact this Subway location, but they do not answer their phone nor do they have voicemail option. I hope a supervisor reads this and reaches out to provide a refund.
