  I purchased food at this Subway location and urgently needed to use the restroom. I was initially told the restroom was “out of order,” but after explaining that I was a paying customer and asking to speak with the manager, I was suddenly allowed to use it. The situation felt inconsistent and embarrassing. I understand businesses have policies, but customers should be treated respectfully and honestly. I hope management improves how situations like this are handled in the future.

  Didn't get to eat the food because we apparently had an online only coupon but only had cash on us so they would rather throw the food than to write it off....unbelievable

  Fast,capable workers slightly understaffed but they do what they can to make up for it. Super frustrating that because of the neighborhood they have to keep there bathrooms locked makes it impossible to wash your hands before eating

  The staff was so extra! I have allergies to a lot of things and upon hearing that they made extra sure to use different tools that were just cleaned each time. I love when staff take that extra step. <3 They also toasted just the meat alone when I brought up how I didn't want the cheese melted. Just those small things that make your meal taste better.
