  probably worst subway i’ve been too lol. the customer service is horrible, they lacked ingredients like they had no tomatoes?? at a sandwich shop. they were missing half their chips and drink options. the environment in there was so negative…

  Honestly, really not impressed. I ordered two foot-long sandwiches through the app to pick up at this location. One sandwich was supposed to be toasted and it wasnt. The other was supposed to have double the protein and it wasnt. Also completely ignored other specific requests, like light lettuce, no sauce. Truly disappointing, and will never order through the app again.

  First time ordering here and probably my last...the staff was really nice but there were only two of them. Line to the door, multiple dudes sitting down at tables. They said 15 minutes I said yeah no worries I've stood in line before. Come to find out they meant 15 minutes before they could begin with the lines because all those sitting dudes were waiting for doordash orders. Whoa. These two people are running around sweating their backsides off trying to keep up and I kept thinking wow I would walk out of this job. They were apologizing profusely when it got to our turn. Trying to keep it professional under the conditions, I couldn't do it. They should have more people. At least a third person should be completely dedicated to doordash orders. Hire more people subway, this is crazy.

  Ordered online, said food would be ready at 5:40. Still isn’t ready at 6:30. Came back 3 times within an hour. I don’t know what’s wrong with this Subway to just staff one worker on a Saturday. Seems like they don’t know how to train employees enough, but still staff them to work alone on the weekend! Also works so slow, I understand you are working alone and feel tired. But you have 2 hands, use both and not just one when putting on toppings! Lazy and ridiculous time at this Subway location.

  They were kind people, but I notice when he checked out my food he had a cut on his hand (knuckles) and at first I didn’t mind as much since they wear hand gloves when making the sandwich’s (not when putting it in the bag to go) and then I waited longer for my other sandwiches that were getting made while he was making them my boyfriend notice how many hairs the person had on the shirt (once again I still didn’t mind as much or I was just trying to be understandable as someone who owns dogs and it’s just hard to remove from black shirts) but the part that made me feel disgusted was when he took the hand gloves off to check out the sandwiches he gets some of his blood on the to go bag. Thats what upset me. It felt really disrespectful. But they were nice people atleast. I think there should be better ways to handle food when someone has a cut. At my job we are supposed to have it bandage up and hand gloves at all times. He didn’t have it bandage.
