You advertise deli chicken specials but remain 'out of stock '. Why is that? The Hawthorne store. That was a lame response without an answer.

They just gave me the already expired produce (clearly bad!) and my meat had a use by date for the next day but that can be excused. I went in and it was just chaos as they let door dashers just be chaotic in the aisle and you can't get past them. If you door dash, your order is just left in the open unrefrigerated so I wouldn't suggest that. The pickup service saved me zero time and in fact have to make two trips to the store instead of one due to carelessness on part of the worker. Doubt I will use it for anything not shelf stable again.

Did not start scanning any items until I had everything out of my cart and on the belt. There were people waiting behind me as there was only one line open at that time. Why was she waiting to start the scanning process? 3. Either this person has not been trained on how to bag groceries or she does not care, my guess is she does not care. She just throws everything in the bag, heavy items on top of items that can be smashed etc. The bags are made very heavy and difficult to carry, especially since they don’t have handles. 4. Overall I like this store as it’s clean and normally well stocked. The cashier friendliness is hit and miss but normally not an issue. 5. This person needs to be retrained on bagging and customer interaction or moved to a different position that doesn’t involve customer interaction. 6. This interaction occurred on 7/12 at 1:07 and the cashiers name starts with an L.
