  The staff try very hard but self checkout is usually the only option; out of shipping haters it carts; senior citizens cleaning floors and parking lot;must show your receipt upon leaving which makes you feel like a criminal; service us incredibly slow and shelves are usually a mess and under stocked. Safeway must do better! I live two blocks away and it’s such a pain I will now only go if it’s a critical last minute need. Why would I spend more of my time providing feedback? If you wanted or cared about feedback, add a survey, do a follow up etc. otherwise read this, evaluate your biz and either do better/same/worse- your call.

  Where the hell are all the cashier's at? Every night it's like this! Only ONE cashier for the whole store? Ridiculous.

  I would like to recognize an employee from Fresh Cut who also works in Produce from time to time. She is always incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. Every time I see her, she greets me with a warm Good morning, how can I help you?and when our interaction is over, she always says,Have a great day, take care.Those small gestures make a big difference and show how much she cares about providing excellent customer service. The times I have asked for help, she has been patient, friendly, and eager to assist. She always has a positive attitude and makes customers feel welcome and valued. Employees like her truly make the shopping experience better I would also like to recognize the management team for having employees who represent the store so well. The store is clean, organized, and staffed by people who genuinely care about their customers. This employee is a wonderful example of professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Thank you for creating such a positive shopping experience. I hope her Produce Manager gets to hear about the excellent job she is doing. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stand out and make a difference for customers. I don’t know her name, but she is a Hispanic employee. She wears glasses thank you 🙏🏻

  The young lady working in the Produce department in the morning was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. I was looking for pico de gallo and couldn’t find any on the shelf. When I asked her, she said she thought there were some in the back and offered to check for me. She took the time to look and came back with the pico de gallo I needed. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. Thank you for the excellent customer service! I forgot her name
