Pharmacy people are great but the new security is a mess. They do not know what personal space is and will get so close it feels like the guy is breathing on you. As I said I go in for maybe a few things I can hold in my hands so they can obviously see what I bought. Security will sit and talk to other people so sadly because I don’t want to be made to feel uncomfortable or wait ages to show them a receipt with 2 things on it. They are also disrespectful if you put your foot down about personal space and just wanting to leave because you don’t wanna listen to their 20 minute conversation . I left today because I had to get back home to help family and didn’t have time for the guy to stand and talk instead of doing his job. So I took my things and left without stoping. Security goes “And people like her are the issue.” No sir I didn’t start the shoplifting problem in Portland I just don’t want to deal with your disrespectful self. Also making comments about the way I looked saying the way I looked is the problem. I feel like I need to just transfer my prescriptions and stop going here even though it is the closest store to me. But I’m truly fed up.

- MKMay KachangeApr 9, 20261.0over a month ago I was leaving and some person leaves the side door sounding the alarm leaving with a case of beer and some other items. within that time the store has beefed up security at the front. now just yesterday april 8 they now dont allow bags in. I dont own a car I come a ways to shop and my bag is necessary. this store doesnt know how to secure its merchandise, spending more on gates and labor that solves nothing and loses customers. I cant shop here anymore. they will increase prices to cover these costs. my money cant support failing systems.
