- ALAmy LowryJun 26, 20261.0Jennifer F. in the pharmacy was beyond rude. She was short and condescending. Definitely not sometime who should be working customer service with her attitude and demeanor. I watched her treat over 10 customers the exact same way.

After reporting the theft, I was informed by employees that the cameras do not cover the bike rack area. On the left entrance. As someone who relies on my bike for transportation and work, this was extremely frustrating. I understand the store is not responsible for preventing every theft, but customers should be aware that camera coverage may not be available if something happens in the parking lot or bike rack area, especially if there are blind spots. I hope Safeway reviews its security measures and ensures cameras are functioning properly and covering areas where customers regularly park their bikes to help protect customers and assist law enforcement when incidents occur.

- JMJoe MoJun 14, 20261.0A Lot of the produce is spoiled. Such as the fruit and some vegetables. Not fresh at all. Some of the cashiers here have a passive aggressive attitude here as well. It almost seems discriminatory. Which is odd for a place like this.
- LSL SMay 25, 20262.0The cashiers should all be on the same page. I purchased Ben and Jerry's ice cream and when I opened, I noticed a slice on the top. The very nice woman who helped me the first time just refunded me. I was able to buy another and toss the other. I opened this one and it was also sliced so I went to this location when I got off work. I asked the SCO host how to go about returning it and he says I have to make an entire trip back (I was getting off of work and obviously wouldn't be carrying the ice cream with me). I wish everyone was on the same page and I also wish the stockers would read the top of the box that likely clearly says, "Do not open with sharp objects." Edit: On top of having to return to get a non-sliced ice cream, I was skipped several times when waiting to have my ID checked for purchasing my ciders.
