  This pizza hut is down the street from me. They always have friendly service. Rarely I've had to bring something back but they have always fixed it for me without an issue. I appreciate their professional demeanor and friendly atmosphere.

  Well when I got there the 2 gentleman where in the back huddled up and talking for like 2 min even after I waived my hands and loudly saying hello numerous times. Food was not bad but not good either. Will not be my first choice ever again. Which is sad because I live a couple blocks over and luckily there's a Dominos on the other end who deserves my hard earn money.

  Very friendly staff, always on their "A" game even when there's an issue. One of our pizzas was missing with the delivery, and the driver was quick to address the issue and get us our replacement. Food is always good from this location.

  They are fast and courteous. Ordering on the app is easy and usually my food is ready in 15 min. They are open late. Great option for nights when I’m tired and just want some inexpensive, basic pizza. A large feeds 2-3 people FYI.

  Just had my order cancelled online b/c they didn't have the ingredients to make my order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. Pizza Hut doesn't have pepperoni? Gotta be kidding me! I called the store 3x to see if I could change my order and each time someone picked up and then hung up. I guess b/c it was midnight they must have decided they didn't want to make any more pizzas. Complete BS. I'll be calling in am to complain to manager. Update: still haven't had my money refunded. Have never heard from anyone from that specific store. I've contacted Pizza Hut through customer support via email and phone multiple times and corporate tells me that they can't issue refunds or credits but they will have Holgate store contact me in 3 business days. No one has ever contacted me and my money has not been refunded. I am disputing the charge through my credit card and I'll get my money back with or without Pizza Huts help. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to go that route though and that no one at either the individual store or corporate seems to care one bit. Horrible way to do business.
