- SSSunnyAug 31, 20261.0Don't eat food from this location. Nobody here cares about anything at all. Me and roomie ordered 2 pizzas and a 2-liter. We did NOT receive our 2-liter drink at all, the pizza crust was thin when we ordered regular crust, it was VERY overcooked, and the sauce inside was spilled. Spending $60+ hoping for good food after a 12-hour shift and this is what you give us? Do everyone a favor and either shut down or replace your whole staff. Nobody should waste money on service I wouldn't even give a rat. Seems like a lot of other people here would agree, based on the many, many, many other negative reviews I'm seeing. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
- HHHanakoAug 17, 20265.0My go-to for Pizza Delivery, and actually a pretty good Papas. The reason I'm writing this review, however, is because of the manager Casey. When we had a late order, Casey reached out of her own accord to apologize for the delay, and offered us a coupon off our next order. Despite the fact we offered no complaints, Casey recognized a difficult situation and made it right. We really appreciate the team here, considering the size of the orders I place!
- IAiEAT ALLdaeeAug 11, 20265.0This past Sunday 8/9/26 early in the Am I spoke with Kasey / Casey about an unexpected terrible experience I had with my order the night before 8/8/26 . And she handle Me and my Situation so well and respectfully. She took time to actively listen and gave me her dearest feedback. I should go by early one Sunday to thank her in person., f ind a spot in the dining area & Hopefully Shes willing to let me purchase a quick bite to eat and then talk a little bit before it gets busy. Thanks again Kasey ESPecially for your supportive concerns. It can be over 200 yrs old on a Sunday mrn, and I’ll remember you lol .
- JJJaredJul 12, 20261.0Simple order wrong. No receipt on the delivery. Ended up paying way more than what was received.
- CCChrisJul 10, 20261.0They dont use their own drivers anymore. They route your delivery through doordash now and it arrives 40 mins late with the box sideways and smelling like a cigarette now. If it even arrives.
