I picked up my pizza got home and opened the lid and there wasn’t a rib around the edge very disappointing. I look forward to that and I bet most people do also. Please think about bringing that back.
I went there to try their pizza week special. I also ordered a salad with chicken. I paid and sat down to wait. Very cute decor and overall looks like a nice place.
After a few minutes I'm told they don't have chicken for the salad so that add on gets refunded. Ok - it happens. I continue to wait for my slices of pizza.
Time keeps on ticking by. Ten minutes, twenty minutes go by. I pop over to the cashier (who was a friend of the restaurant and helping out) and ask about my order. I'm told it will just be a few more minutes. They're busy because it's the last day of Pizza Week so I sit down again and eat a some of my salad.
Another ten and then twenty minutes go by. Yes, we're now at the forty plus minute mark to get four slices of pizza. I pop over to the cashier and I'm finally told their dough baller/maker is broken and they're behind. It'll be another twenty minutes at least.
WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST TELL ME THAT? Seriously, just let me know as soon as it happens then I can decide if I want to wait.
Stuff happens, I get it. But there was no excuse to keep me waiting that long when I should have been given the info and the choice to wait or get a refund and leave much sooner.
I didn't have the time to wait at that point over an hour for a few slices of pizza so I left with my lonely salad in hand. I was bummed and frustrated by my experience.

If I could give it a zero I would, the customer service was terrible and they stated that they make a crispy pizza crust. This pizza crust was so thick and hard as a brick.. It was difficult to eat, and my friend asked for a fork and someone could’ve told us in the beginning that those essentials were upfront but instead they copped an attitude and didn’t bring one until we asked the second time then we were told that they were available for us to get ourselves. This all happened during pizza week and we went to two other places that day or today as it is and oh my goodness this didn’t even it’s not even on the chart it was horrible.
I came here for Pizza Week two days ago, and their manager served me (and others) ICE-COLD pizza that had been sitting out for 45+ minutes. I just tried to call and complain, and the little girl at the cash register refused to give me her or the manager's name 🤣🤣🤣🤣 (only guilty people do that.) I am *extremely* immunocompromised, so eating a piece of pizza that had been *breathed* on by, I dunno, 50+ people is just unthinkable.
This place needs to be shut down.

Just wanted to grab a quick lunch today and saw this little hole in the wall pizza joint. Toss up between wing joint next-door and OD pizza. I went for pizza and so glad I did. Service was a little suspect to begin with, cuz they only had one person in the back and one person in the front working. Ordered a slice of pepperoni, which was cooking and would’ve been 15 minutes so I decided on a cheese. I wasn’t expecting much but holy moly was I surprised! The crispness of the crust, the butter garlic, the cheese….. one of the best slices I’ve had in quite a long time. I would highly recommend this place and I’m gonna go back and grab a full pepperoni pie. Give em a shot, it’ll be worth it.
