Portions are a little small, and they aren't kidding about spice -- but very tasty! Those Yuzu Beignets are insane. We nearly licked the dessert plates clean.

Unbelievable Food & World-Class Cocktails! We recently dined at **Nom Nom Asian Tapas and Bar**, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time! From the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere to the exceptionally friendly staff, everything about our evening was top-notch. The menu is an incredible blend of flavors, and every single dish was cooked to perfection: * **Street Food & Small Bites:** The **Pani Puri** was a fun and delicious burst of flavor, and the **Crispy Skin Potatoes** were addictively good. * **Momo Magic:** You cannot miss the momos here! Both the **Steamed Chicken Momo** and the **Chicken Chilli Momo** were juicy, full of flavor, and packed a fantastic punch. * **Mains & Bowls:** The **Crunch Bowl** was fresh and textured, the **Vegetarian Chow Mein** was beautifully seasoned, and the **Thai Buffalo Wings** had the ultimate sweet-and-spicy kicked-up glaze. * **Nepalese Platter Thali:** An absolute standout! Authentically prepared, incredibly comforting, and a fantastic way to sample traditional flavors. ### 🍸 Drinks That Steal the Show The bar program here deserves a special shoutout. We ordered two cocktails: one inspired by **Mango Sticky Rice** and the **Tom Kha Cocktail**. Both were creative masterpieces! The mixologist at Nom Nom is amazingly talented—the drinks were smooth, complex, and utterly delicious. The warmth and hospitality of the team made us feel right at home. If you are looking for unbelievable food, inventive cocktails, and an awesome atmosphere, **Nom Nom Asian Tapas and Bar** is an absolute must-visit. We can’t wait to come back!

I am so sad the my past self who kept forgetting to stop at the place with the orange banner! Now, Nom Nom is always at the top of my comfort food list for NW PDX. The Fish sauce caramel wings are my favorite!! Such interesting flavors and so satisfying. Servers, bartenders and any staff I've ever encountered give the best genuine customer service. If you don't know what to try definitely come with a friend, as I usually do, to get a taste of everything.

If you’re looking for incredible Nepalese cuisine with an Asian-inspired twist, Nom Nom is a must-visit. Every dish is packed with bold, unique flavors that keep me coming back. The crab fried rice is a fan favorite for good reason—it’s flavorful, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. My personal favorites are the samosas and the roasted cauliflower, both of which are full of amazing spices and prepared with so much care. What really makes Nom Nom stand out, though, is the people behind it. The owners and chefs are genuinely welcoming and passionate about what they do, creating an atmosphere that feels just as memorable as the food itself. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, you’re always treated like family. Great food, wonderful people, and a warm, inviting experience make Nom Nom one of my favorite places to eat.

I don’t know if we came on a bad day or is it just bad? We got the wings and they were so small that three of them would equal the same size of a wing at another proper place. But even worse, they were so dry that it felt like it was heated at 400° for 30 minutes. And for $16 that’s horrific, I would say that this is like the wings you would find at a dive bar at 11 PM with no choices, and they would probably only charge you about $8 to $10. The Momo was just simply not good. We got the chili chicken and they were extremely small, over fried, and the sauce taste just like a store-bought, sweet thai chili sauce Lastly, we got the nacho for nacho week and oh my God was that a disappointment as well. It came out extremely cold, and it might be intended to serve not hot, but this was like straight out of the fridge cold. If you look at the pictures they have on the nacho week website, it looked nothing like it. It was a disgrace as it was probably 90% nacho in 10% everything else. If you split up the toppings, it would only need about four or five chips before you’ve exhausted all the toppings that came with it. Then you’re left with 90% of just tortilla chips. I don’t know how this place got so many good reviews but either this is a really bad day, but we got three separate dishes that were all bad, but I’m inclined to think that it’s just simply bad.
