A Rediscovered Gem — Where Flavor, Craft, and Community Meet
There are moments when a place is not just found, but rediscovered—and that was exactly the case with Nom Nom Tapas. I was invited here by a dear friend, Tom, who spoke about it with a kind of quiet excitement. He had stumbled upon it once before, almost by chance, and had been hoping to return. This time, we did—and it was more than worthwhile.
From the very beginning, it became clear that this is a place that knows exactly what it is doing. There is intention here. There is care. And there is a deep respect for both flavor and experience.

A Menu That Speaks with Confidence
Every dish we tried felt like it had been carefully thought through—not overcomplicated, but perfected.
• Grilled Pho Skewers — Unexpected and unforgettable. The beef was incredibly tender—honestly, it felt like tenderloin. The combination of green onion, jalapeños, and that deep, rich flavor profile was simply outstanding.
• Bone Marrow Brûlée — Just perfect. Rich, balanced, and executed with precision. I could have easily had more than one.
• Roasted Cauliflower — This dish deserves special mention. From the grilling to the carrot-ginger purée, the balance of flavors was exceptional. Perfectly done is not an exaggeration.
• Lao Sausage Roll — Bold, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The seasoning and spice were on point.
• Pani Puri — Fun, vibrant, and beautifully executed. The chutney carried just the right level of spice and freshness—it genuinely transported me, even if just for a moment, to the streets of Delhi or Mumbai.
• Pork Momos — Another standout. Simple in concept, excellent in execution.
What stood out across the board was this: everything felt light, intentional, and rooted in quality. This is not food made for volume—it is food made with experience, knowledge, and respect for the craft. That should never be taken for granted.

People Who Love What They Do
Beyond the food, what truly elevates this place is the heart behind it.
The team behind the counter was incredibly kind and welcoming. There is a genuine sense that they love what they are doing. I had the opportunity to meet the chef—approachable, humble, and clearly passionate about his work. That kind of presence shapes everything.
You can feel it in the atmosphere. You can taste it in the food.
⸻
More Than a Meal
Places like this don’t just serve dishes—they create moments. This is a space where:
• Friends gather
• Conversations flow
• Food becomes an experience to be shared
It’s also worth noting that the pricing felt very reasonable for the level of quality and care being offered.

A Final Word of Encouragement
I genuinely hope to see Nom Nom Tapas continue to grow and thrive. There is something special happening here—something that, with time, could lead to even greater things.
This kind of work, this kind of excellence, deserves to be recognized.
“Well done is better than well said.” — Benjamin Franklin
And this place lives that out.
“Do everything with love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14 (NLT)
I left grateful—for the food, for the experience, and for the simple joy of sharing it with a friend.
Highly recommended.
