  I have to say, if you’re going to be terrible at customer service, it’s a good strategy to not wear name tags, and say you’re the manager, but refuse to give out your name. Genius! But still awful. I mean, no one will care or do anything other than respond to this review with a weak “sorry”, so, definitely avoid this absolute toilet bowl of a “restaurant”.

  The are two drive throughs. I was next in line and the guy ignored my lane. After two cars pulled up in the other lane and immediately placed there order on the other side, I called out “hello?” The employee says” just a minute “ and then helped two more new cars in the other lane. I called out again asking why he wasn’t helping my lane whatsoever. He again said “ just a minute”
