  Once again I am sitting waiting for food which will probably arrive cold and over cooked, this is the last straw I’ve been sitting in my car waiting for my food for 10 minutes, this is the worst McDonald’s and I think their franchise should be pulled

  Rude workers and incompetent staff. Couldn't get any of the customization correct on the order screen and kept yelling "anything else" I gave them a code for a free wrap. When I paid and got my receipt I told them the burgers were rung up incorrectly and how I wanted them. Pulled to next windows and they kept yelling at me that I need to back up to pay window. Said they put the wrap on separate ticket and would need to buy something else to redeem it. I just paid $18? They said we'll it's a different traction now if I want it I need to buy something else. Finally a manager figured it out and gave me another receipt. Got the food and the fries were cold for all three meals. I asked for fresh ones. They parked me and made new ones. I should have checked my burgers none of them had cheese and they were all made wrong. Worst McDonald's experience and food ever. Will never go back to this location.

  The worst service, I was waiting for a long time to be served and then a long time for my food to be delivered, even that there was no customers in the store, a bad service. There are even drives waiting for your order

  Why would I still be sitting in a drive thru if I didn’t get all my food …..? Really run the camera back ! Or bet yet this location need better workers and staff that listen Thanks to the back and forth about me not getting my food . I never received my babies juices that came with there happy meals NEVER AGAIN !
