    It's McD's fast food: warm-never hot-fries🍟🥶. Q-pounders are 8/10 (more onions,please?). Chic🐔 tenders price heading📈 skyward, so I only order my twice monthly big burger in drive-thru now. Staff is always friendly & professional despite occasional rude customers. I'll be baaacck! 😁

    Stood at the register for 10 minutes without even being greeted while the store manager was actively on the floor working. I had to use the register because I had cash. This is the Worst McDonalds in all of Portland area in terms of customer service. I will just go somewhere else.

    Rudest person ever on the speaker. And not to mention I waited 25 minutes for a single cheeseburger meal. Will not be going back.

    I was just here 5 mins ago or so, and I just wanna say whoever made that frappe with the two shots you’re my hero it was so good and perfect thank you I had a rough afternoon but this frappe was so lovely I rarely get a really good one

    I placed my order at 8:53 AM, but it was given to the wrong person. When I tried to get the issue resolved, I was told the order couldn’t be found, even though it appears it had already been handed out to someone else. I ended up waiting from around 9:15 AM to 9:43 AM, and the app still showed that my order was being worked on, so I couldn’t even cancel it. What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude. While I was waiting, I overheard her speaking negatively about employees, and she seemed annoyed when I was simply trying to figure out what happened to my order. As a customer, I expected better communication, professionalism, and help resolving the issue. This location needs better order management and stronger customer service from management. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long because of a mistake that wasn’t their fault.
