  Today none of the usual staff that takes care of me was working and it definitely showed. I love this McDonald's but this is inexcusable. I order my coffee large eight cream eight sugar hot. I get a hot coffee with 8 cream and sugar everyday from this same McDonald's. Today I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order and then when I received my coffee it was not hot coffee it was barely warm coffee. Some very young kid kept popping his head in and out of the drive-thru windows like both of them and pointing back and forth at cars and talking about who paid and who hadn't and was apparently doing nothing to help process orders. When he took my payment for my order he did not verify my order until after he had ran my card which was fine today because it was for my order but I have definitely had situations in the past where this has ended up charging me extra money because they are charging me for someone else's order. Today was literally a huge waste of time. I go to McDonald's for coffee because it's cheap. It's not cheap when I have to drive to another McDonald's and replace the coffee because it is crap. So thank you McDonald's for a $2 coffee that cost me $10 in total.

  Trying to order online on their app wouldn’t let us do it. Scamming us and ripping us off. Is the billions of dollars a year McDonald’s makes not enough. Not cool Ronald.

  Kiosk wasn't working , placed order waited and they didnt receive order last minute. Environment wise, random kids cussing arguing over nothing "lame" Some staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Other staff is awkward towards every one else. I mean not my fault my child wanted ice cream.

  Sausage Mc muffin hits in the morning and number 5 !!! I just care about the food honestly, I know this place has hella people and hella reviews but if the food ain’t good then that says a lot but my experience was just great nothing to complain about !!
