  Centrally located on the major traffic artery in the heart of west downtown Portland, people of every walk of life walk or drive in for the quintessential fast food experience. Amazing what wonders a ranch Snack Wrap or two can do at 2 A.M.

  Don’t try ordering ahead of time here, the manager cancels orders like it’s his second job.

  I ordered a mocha and they gave me a cup of hot milk. This is the only McDonald's that routinely screws the door dash orders this badly.

  There are homeless people standing in the drive through lines here all night. The staff are amazingly patient but they should not have to deal with this kind of BS. Neither should we. Management needs to hire security to secure the area it's not safe. Avoid.

  There is a cashier there that is rude. He was rude to me and a couple other customers there.I finished eating and went to go use the restroom. The door is locked so I asked the cashier. It got busy, so I sat down for awhile, so they could work. I used to work a lot of fast food, so I get it. But I had to ask him repeatedly to use the bathroom, because of course the doors are locked. I couldn't hold it anymore so I went to the front to ask again, he completely ignored me for 10-15 minutes. Another customer had a problem with their meal, he told them "what is going on with you people?" In front of a bunch of customers. Then another customer had problems with the kiosk. I didn't stay after that, because I had to find a restroom!
