  The food was delicious however after eating I observed a sick staff member wipe his nose and then prepare food without gloves. This raised sanitation concerns, and I’m sharing this so future customers don’t have to worry about the same issue. I hope the restaurant can tighten its hygiene standards.

  The ramen came out quickly and was delicious! I wish I had taken a picture since it looked just as good as it tasted but we were super hungry at the time The seats were nice by the window and it was easy to walk there from our hotel

  We ordered the mapo tofu. They ran out of rice and the server was very polite and apologetic. The cook improvised and put the mapo on top of cold noodles tossed in a sauce. IT WAS AMAZING. The cook even walked the dish out to us and explained how she made the dish. You could tell that she really thought it out, problem solved, and cared. That is exactly what you should look for when hiring cooks. Excellent work. Will definitely be back.

  Vegan spicy garlic - Yummy, and yes too garlicky and too spicy 😅 Curry ramen - Balanced and delicious Expensive though! 15min to receive two orders during lunch hour.

  Came in to pick up an online order here. Food wasn’t ready when I arrived- no problem. I asked for a rough timeline on when it would be ready, to which the server replied “it should be right out.” After about 5 minutes I asked for an update. At this point the server got fairly rude and aggressive, complaining about how many orders they get at once, and how busy things get. I was pretty taken aback. I’ve never had an employee talk to me this way. I empathize with being a busy server having worked at a busy downtown restaurant for 2 years. They only had 3 tables sat though, certainly the chefs may have been busier. Hey, maybe this particular employee was having an off day, but it was pretty unprofessional. It really doesn’t take long to ask the chefs roughly how long an order will be. I’ve eaten here twice before too, and the food is pretty good. A bit overpriced compared to the other ramen restaurants in the area, but good. I will say the ambiance and aesthetic is quite nice!
