- JJJoyfulSep 27, 20264.0I like JJ for subs, but today I only came in to get a large soda because they're one of the few places you can get Cherry Coke on their fountain drinks! And it's reasonable with free refills. It's in the corner, was disappointed that they didn't have the outdoor tables that are down in Google Maps photos.
- EPEric PSep 14, 20262.0I’ve frequently ordered from this location for quite a number of years as I work down the street. I’ve had good experiences for the most part until the past year where it’s been hit or miss at best. Lately when ordering on the app and picking up in the store, the one sandwich I’ve ordered takes significantly longer than if I were to walk in and order in store. About 75% if the time it’s made correctly - not a good percentage but it’s not usually a big deal to me. This last order was my final one and I will not be going back. Went to the store 20 min after ordering on the app. The food wasn’t ready but they were busy so I waited. I watched a customer walk in after me, order, and get his food before me (which has happened quite a bit lately). So I asked the employee why my order (that was now 30 min ago) was not ready but a walk-in customer got their sandwich in under 5 min. They looked confused as they tried to find my order. The lady working there found it on their bread racks and apparently it had been sitting there for quite some time. She was frustrated with her co-workers, kind of shoved the sandwich bag towards me and said, “come on” to her coworkers out of frustration. No acknowledgment to me as the customer outside of shoving the sandwich bag towards me and just bickering amongst the staff.
