  I’m very sad. I ordered at 8pm to get a sammich while I was working. I did the online order, 30 minutes passed and I called to see if they made the order because my order didn’t arrive. They didn’t make the order at all apologized and said they’d make it. I called five min to close and they said the order “left 12 minutes ago” via 3rd party. They assured me that the order would arrive. I live less than half a mile from the location. It’s now 9:15pm, 1.25hrs since the order and they refuse to refund my food because it’s “out for delivery” even thoguht they didn’t make it on time. Me is sad. No more delivery orders from here :(

  Love the sandwiches at JJ, even if they are kinda expensive for lunch. Had an issue with a delivery order and got it resolved beyond my satisfaction politely and quickly. Good people here.

  Very pleasant shop! Not noisy. Well run, clean, speedy, friendly employees. Definitely a cut above the other Jimmy John's I have experienced

  The pickles aren’t free:”( don’t let the sign miss lead you. Also if you order the veggie sandwich make sure to check it for avocado spread as they only put a dab at the very end hidden between to cheese slices, I highly recommend subway a block away or even five guys across the street
