  I got a jalapeño bagel with egg tomato and avocado and it costs $22 the avocado was rock hard not even edible there was like half a slice of tomato, and the staff was extremely awkward and quiet as if they’ve literally never interacted with a human before. Asking if my order was the one up on the counter was like pulling teeth. no greeting upon entry or exit. typical portland experience all around.

  In my opinion, their bagels are the best in Portland. Their service is excellent. Order online drop by and pick up your order. Quick and easy.

  The bagels are delicious. The staff works well together and the food comes out a good speed. I get a weekly order and bulk for the rest of the week. Today was my first time using their new POS system. It works well, as did their old one. With this POS change came an update to their reward system. It changed from a star system tracked by card/phone number where you would get a discount after you collect 5 stars that would auto prompt you if you want to use it, to a proprietary app with a points system I am not going to bother to learn, because I am not downloading their app. I will be looking for another bagel shop in town and/or switching to yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast.

  Just passing through, we were the first ones at 7 am. Two gentlemen greeted us warmly, prepped our bagel EXACTLY the way we asked ( they understood toasted well done). Coffee is good, great vibe! Got some tuna salad for lunch. Really nice place, stop by if you can!
