- DDDropdead DabsJun 13, 20261.0These are absolutely great bagels, but after interacting with Adam who claims he gets the customer service emails and would be responding about my complaint. I will never support this company. I made a simple request, for Adam to not block a fire lane while making his deliveries. Instead, he ignored me, and then told me that if I made a complaint it would go straight to him. I don't know if Adam is the owner of the company, or even a high up position. But treating your customers in such a manner, is extremely unprofessional, and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. It was a simple request that does not take any more time out of his day, but makes it safer for the people that I work with. I truly hope that this company is better than the interaction that I just had.
