One shouldn't expect us to be understanding about a burger that costs $24. I don't plan on going back, and the reason I gave the atmosphere a 1 is that it was freezing inside

Order arrived missing a burger and ice cold. Called to try and fix it. Employee rushed into "busy here, no manager on duty" followed by the click of him hanging up on me. Funny thing is, a little over a year ago had a similar experience from this location and vowed never to order from them again. I guess the adage "Fool me once..." applies. There won't be a third. This location is awful and obviously poorly managed. Buyer beware!
