  While most of the staff was polite and professional, the worker who took out order was unnecessarily rude and openly hostile. If she can't answer basic questions without throwing a tantrum, she shouldn't work in customer service. Also an ear-splitting screeching sound repeated on a loop every 10-15 seconds. I think it was equipment. It made it impossible to actually sit inside to eat. Would NOT go back. The food was fine, but not worth the BS.

  I only order the bagel and lox sandwich and it's great. With capers and onion.

  never in my life have I been to a bagel joint without a smoked salmon smear or without a basic cream cheese and lox option while also having pork on the menu edit to respond to the reply below, it wasn't out of stock it isn't on the menu at all. that's the problem They weren't out of something. I was told it wasn't a product that was served by the company.

  I've come here a couple times in between work and school for a quick bite, and I love this place! The staff are nice, the service is fast, and the food is delicious! I like breakfast bagels the best -- but jalapeño bagels are a must! And the energy spritz is a great midday pick-me-up. All in all, 5 stars from me.
