  Very rude girl took my order her name was Brittany, she was acting like she didn't want to work which is fine don't take it out on the customers.

  Waited at least 5 minutes, the store was not busy. One employee was just wondering around sipping on their Capri Sub. No one even acknowledged that I was waiting. So I left! Horrible customer service!!! Horrible experience!!!

  The bagels are good, but the service is lacking big time. Waited for 5 mins to order in an empty line and was ignored while 2 employees chatted with their backs facing me. After this has happened twice to me, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

  While the bagels and the food were just fine, I had a frustrating experience at this location this morning. I ordered 9 bagels for a group, and as someone who doesn’t usually order in bulk, I was trying to figure things out. Instead of being helpful, the employee made the process feel unnecessarily complicated and was dismissive in her tone. After completing my order, I asked for plates and knives so I could serve my group. I was given four plates and one knife, which wasn’t enough for the amount of food I purchased. When I politely asked for just one more paper plate, I was told, “you’ll need to buy more with that little order.” Customer service like this really takes away from the experience. It’s disappointing to be treated that way over something so small, especially when ordering for a group. A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way.

  Finally got to stop by here with my family and grab some bagels. The breakfast sandwich I got was awesome (the peppered cream cheese one) and there were soooo many to pick from! The kids both loved the ones they picked!
