  I have been going to the same Dutch Bros on Columbia Blvd for over 10 yrs and today was the worst experience I have had there. I ordered a Medium Iced Flapjack extra extra sweet and she handed me a Small. I gave it back to her and I KID YOU NOT: she poured the small drink into a Medium cup, added a scoop of ice and another splash of milk and handed it back!!!! I WAS APPALLED. Not only because that is NOT how it should be done, but also because common sense would tell you that the measurements would be off to get the same flavor. A small has 1 shot and Mediums have a double(i believe). BUT I tookit and gave it a try anyway, handed it back and told her it wasn’t right. Let me also add that there were only 2 cars behind me but the girl making the drinks for drivethru seemed EXTREMELY stressed and rushy when there was no need for it. She gave me my 3rd attempt at which point I left. Got to the road and tasted my coffee and IT TASTED LIKE MILK. There was NO SHOTS in it AT ALL. I gave up. Drove all the way to Foster Rd Dutch Bros. where the bro’istas take their time to make the drink right the first time or the second if they mess up. Dutch Bros. used to be my GoTo because of consistency but lately even the taste of the shots taste different depending on who pulls them. Do BETTER DUTCH BROS

  this dutch made me a severely amazing blended 911 with an extra shot and caramel walls n whip top to die for trust me go get 1 its whatever size you want but i always and i nean always get the biggets they have it sets you at just a tad over 10 bucks but its a treat that will make you think you found another love in life yay your staff killed it here a 14 out of ten ill be back lots more
