    Came through at 11:10. We only ordered 2 drinks. The most complicated one had 2 flavors and some soft top in it. Broistas were not reading orders back when ordering or at the window. They were extremely condescending when I politely asked them to for clarification both in the drive thru and the window. Bar area was completely cluttered with milks and were getting left out. Soft top that was served to me had clearly gon bad as it was pouring thick and was warm. All in all. Management needs to better staff the shifts so that broistas can keep up with demand. This was absolutely ridiculous.

    You order on line to save time you tell them you will be picking up going thru the drive thru and they still tell you to go inside. They have 12 employees working and it still takes 20 min to get your drink even when you order it on line ahead of time. There all lazy here and don’t want to do their jobs if I could give 0 stars I would. Go to another Dutch bros you will get better service seriously
