    I usually go through the drive through like everyone else; however this morning it was moving extremely slow. I decided to go in. There was 1 person waiting for a drink and 2 people sitting in the restaurant. I was ignored at the cash register for quite a while. Then when I asked for a large Hot kicker, he asked if I wanted hot or cold. The fact that he wasn’t processing my words isn’t on him. He’s in an environment that is GO, GO, GO. I STRONGLY recommend they have someone whose job is JUST customer facing inside orders. This was not a pleasant coffee experience. It was HOT, however. Took time to write this instead of attending to my drink.

    Always met with nice & upbeat energy from staff. Problem, however, is the location. The indoor aspect is super nice to have, but it's kind of useless. There's maybe 3-4 parking spaces, staff usually being forced to street parking. The lanes are short, and are pretty much always full. I'v been countless times, no matter the time of day, it is PACKED. I've had to drive around multiple times on multiple different days just to get in line a they're always full. The location is smart, being next to the convention center, but it's just really annoying for everyone else. Nobody wants to wait an hour for a $7 coffee. ◡̈

    I, have been trying to like communicate effectively how to order like a white chocolate, hot cinnamon beverage and I always confuse the baristas by saying I would like a white chocolate hot chocolate but I think I just need to say a white chocolate cinnamon steamer. I think that that's probably the proper way to order it but anyways the person that took my order had incredible patience and the drink came out right and was delicious and I appreciate it.
