- NLNicky Lenzen2 days ago5.0Always the workers are good with my dog and are consistently professional. Went there about ten minutes ago and asked about the lanyard and pin giveaways today. They told me they ran out earlier but the barista literally gave me their own lanyard and pin from their personal bag. Like taking the shirt off their own back. Thank yall for being consistently kind!

When I clarified that I didn't want a $550+ ticket, he said he didn't care but I couldn't park where I was in thier lot. I should add, 1 car came through thier drive the entire time. He acted annoyed and told me to park on the street. No legal parking there either. Drive the extra few miles and go ti a different dutch!! The exact opposite of the original service from Dutch i became accustomed to in roseburg 25 years ago!

- LLlizJun 9, 20261.0bro this is the 6th time that they never get my orders right, they either don’t put effort into making the drink the way it’s supposed to be MADE or they don’t add an ingredient! it is incredibly frustrating paying for a drink and it not coming out right. like i literally pay 7-8.99$ just for me to waste money and end up not happy with my drink. at this point don’t charge for add ons if you don’t put them on the drink SMH!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
