    The barista was so nice and understanding and they got me my coffee and an experience to remember faster than you can say "Bamboozled"

    Ordered 3 drinks. Hyperchrome rebel tasted off, like there was cleaner/ sanitizer taste I’ve hadn’t had before. Had to toss it. They didn’t make my latte with oatmilk so I had to toss it. The tea I ordered was the only one that was drinkable, however they put half sweet when i asked for less sweet 3/4. They took forever at the window with the latte about 7 cars built behind us just for them to get it all wrong. No customer service either, felt like i was rushed out the second i got my drinks

    I absolutely love this Dutch Bros on NE Glen Widing! I go here all the time and the broistas are always friendly, welcoming, and make every visit a great experience. The whole team is amazing, and a special shout-out to Luke for always going above and beyond—especially with the extra-special pup cups for my dogs 🐾❤️ It’s those little touches that make you feel like a regular and truly appreciated. Great coffee, great service, and an awesome team!

    Had bought a large Freeze at another location on my way to work. It was all kinds of wrong 😢 Staff could see instantly that that it was not right and why it probably wasn't right. They replaced the drink without hesitation and it was absolutely perfect. And they did it with all smiles. It was very much appreciated

    Asked for iced got blended asked for half sweet got extra sweet & blended I had no problem I brought it back but the attitude of the employees was disgusting & disrespectful filled with only from the one male making my drinks even the other employees seemed fed up with him.
